Returns & Withdrawal

Due to the pre-owned nature of our items, minor signs of wear or imperfections may be shown. Any major flaws will always be clearly noted in the product description.

Returns are generally not accepted, although EU customers retain their withdrawal rights under applicable consumer laws.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and should include:

* Full name
* Order number
* Email address used for the purchase
* Reason for the return request

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, refund details will be communicated directly to the customer.

Return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any associated fees remain the responsibility of the buyer.
